O.T. Mining Concludes 2005 Field Work at the Ruby, Montana Property

The O.T. Mining Corporation (OTC: OTMN) ("O.T.") has concluded field work for the 2005 season on its 21.3 square mile Ruby Property in Montana. James Hess, O.T.'s president said, "Our field crews were out on the ground until December 15th, in deep snow and minus 30 below weather. We appreciate their hard work throughout the season."

A number of significant milestones were completed during the 2005 season. These previously announced programs include:

-- The surveying of 100 miles of grid lines.

-- IP geophysical surveys covering 4.5 square miles. The proprietary
method used, Quantitative Section Induced Polarization, was developed and
conducted by Matrix GeoTechnologies Ltd. of Toronto.

-- The collection of over 3,500 Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) soil samples under
the supervision of Dr. Mark Fedikow (O.T.'s Vice President of Exploration).

-- The deepening of one 2004 core hole, and the completion of 8 new core
    holes, totaling almost 12,000 feet.

-- The staking of 383 new unpatented mining claims, which over doubled
    the size of the property.

-- Receipt of 5 separate state and federal permits to allow the above
    work.

-- Initiation of permitting for an expanded 2006 exploration program.

-- Construction of a professional core logging/storage area and
development of a GIS (geographic information system) to allow display and
    interpretation of technical data.

-- Completion of a successful Montana public relations program that
resulted in a strong coalition of support from local businesses,
    organizations, and government officials.

-- The final assay and core logging results for porphyry copper discovery
hole NA04-6 have been received. The drill hole intersected a continuous
zone of chalcopyrite mineralization over a vertical core length of 2630'.
Mineralization was hosted in Boulder Batholith with potassic and phyllic
alteration. The assays averaged 313 ppm Cu over this length and includes
zones of up 6.5' of 0.68% copper.

Detailed logging, sampling, and geochemical analysis of the final core drilled is in progress, and core samples will be shipped for assaying by late January.

Dr. Fedikow stated, "The 2005 program resulted in the expansion of the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the porphyry copper system in the North Area, and the discovery of new silver-base metal mineralization in the Ruby Mine Area. We will be evaluating the 2005 soil, drill, and geophysical data over the winter in order to select high priority targets for the 2006 field season."
