Knobias, Inc. Announces IEH Corporation as the SPOT of the Week in Its Small-Cap ClipReport

Knobias, Inc. (OTC BB: KNBS) announced today that it has selected IEH Corporation (OTC BB: IEHC) as the SPOT of the week in the Knobias Small-Cap "ClipReport."

IEH Corporation, founded in 1937, is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of high performance electronic printed circuit connectors and specialized interconnection devices. Products are marketed to OEMs and distributors serving the government, military, aerospace, medical, automotive, test equipment, computer and commercial electronics markets. These connectors are primarily utilized by those users who require highly efficient and dense electrical connections and meet stringent requirements for shock and vibration.

The Bulls say ...

-- Tiny, Obscure & Overlooked: At just $5M, IEHC may sport the tiniest marketcap ever featured in the SPOT. Isn't it curious why some companies with solid revenues and profits remain obscurely undervalued, while hundreds more trade sky-high with zero revenues and a business model that equates to no more than pretty pictures on a website? Well you'll find no hype with IEHC...Just a small, 69-year old, Brooklyn-based, business quietly adapting to changing technologies. In fact, IEHC is a bit boring until you begin looking at recent revenue trends, stock trading and comments buried in EDGAR filings. Keep in mind, tiny marketcap, tiny profits, tiny float...But tiny is relative.

The Bears say ...

-- Double in Six Months...It's Priced In, Right? Current levels and TTM results reflect a low 9.4 P/E, but those trading IEHC are probably familiar with a historical lack of growth. This SPOT feature speculates quite a bit on possible catalysts producing a fundamental "change in trend." Without specific company guidance, it is difficult to determine whether IEHC is near a real growth explosion or just showing a natural "blip" in the world of custom technology design.

The "ClipReport" is a daily newsletter distributed FREE to anyone interested in proprietary news and insight concerning small-, micro- and nano-cap stocks. Each week Knobias independently chooses one company to be highlighted in the SPOT. To qualify for selection, each company must: 1) trade on the Nasdaq National Market, Nasdaq Smallcap Market, Amex, OTCBB or Pink Sheets; 2) have a Market cap of less than $250 million; 3) have annual revenues greater than $1 million, 4) have a closing share price greater than 5 cents, and 4) have average daily volume of at least 10,000 shares. Knobias is never compensated for SPOT selections, and NO position will be held in SPOT stocks by Knobias, its management or staff while the stock is being highlighted.
