BAGHDAD - Soldiers from Task Force Baghdad captured a suspected terrorist believed to be responsible for emplacing improvised explosive devices Jan. 6.

Later in the day, another Task Force Baghdad patrol conducted a cordon and search. The patrol detained a suspected terrorist with a book that described how to attack American Soldiers and justified collateral damage associated with attacking Americans.
