Record Number of Move-Ins During Grand Opening Month at Keystone Woods Retirement Community
Keystone Senior, LLC of Indianapolis, IN
reported a record number of 42 move-ins in one month for its new Gardens
Independent Living Community at Keystone Woods in Springfield,
Massachusetts. As of January 1, 2006, 80% of the independent living
apartments at The Gardens at Keystone Woods and 50% of the assisted living
apartments at Grayson House at Keystone Woods have been pre-sold. In
total, Keystone Woods will offer 189 senior living units with 97
independent living apartments and 92 assisted living apartments.
Dave Kingen, Managing Partner of Keystone Senior, credits The Roche
Associates of Wilbraham, Massachusetts with the marketing successes his
company has enjoyed the past few years. Kingen says, "Keystone Senior has
enjoyed tremendous pre-sales and fill-up success due largely to the
marketing results orchestrated by The Roche Associates. I know of few, if
any, marketing consulting firms other than The Roche Associates which could
produce the results Keystone Senior has experienced with a number of its
properties. When measured in terms of return on investment, our decision to
retain The Roche Associates to help us pre-sell and achieve occupancy goals
for Keystone Senior properties constitutes one of the best decisions our
company has made."
The Roche Associates, Inc. is a nationally recognized leader in providing
planning and marketing services to assisted living, retirement living, and
nursing care centers. Since 1981, The Roche Associates has been retained as
consultants for more than 250 projects for which approximately $2 billion
in capital expenditures were at stake. Due to The Roche Associates
successes over the past 25 years, President Joseph L. Roche was selected by
the Business Network to be its national expert on marketing of retirement
housing, assisted living and long-term care facilities. No other marketing
consultant for the senior living industry can make this claim. Plus, in
2002, Mr. Roche was recognized by The Wall Street Journal for his direct
marketing leadership in the Senior Living Industry.
In addition to the quality products and services Keystone Woods offers,
this $20 million dollar project has had a beneficial ripple-effect by
generating numerous jobs for the construction trades, creating new
employment opportunities for scores of greater Springfield residents, and
providing a needed economic stimulus for the city.
