Information Architects Corporation Announces Current Company Status

On December 12, 2005 the NASD approved Spartan Securities Group, Ltd.'s request for an unpriced quotation and on December 22, 2005 for a priced quotation of Information Architects Corporation's common stock (OTC BB: IACH) on OTCBB and the Pink Sheets, allowed the company's common stock to be traded on the OTCBB Electronic Bulletin Board.

On November 28, 2005, the Securities and Exchange Commission made final the decision dismissing the administrative proceedings against IACH.

On November 13, 2005, IACH completed the asset acquisition agreement with Petroleum Communication Holdings Inc. (OTC: PTLC), formerly known as AIT Wireless (OTC: ATWL). IACH agreed to assign 51.5% of the James Thronburg Oil and Gas Lease (See Form 8-K filed by the company on June 27, 2005) in exchange for 500,000,000 shares of PTLC's common stock and 25,000,000 shares of preferred stock (See Form 8-K filed by the company on November 17, 2005. The board of directors of the company has decided to dividend directly to IACH shareholders, a portion of the PTLC's stock received by the company in this transaction.

"We have diligently completed the required SEC filings to have the company's common stock again listed on the OTCBB while maintaining its core business and taking advantage of several excellent opportunities that have greatly increased the company's net assets," said Roland Breton, CEO.
