AVL Global, Inc. Completes Merger
AVL Global, Inc (OTC: AVLL) is pleased to
announce that it has completed its merger with Xian ChungYang Biological
Sci-Tech Stock Co. of Xian, China (The ChungYang Group).
The ChungYang Group has complied with all of the merger conditions, which
included an audit by a US accounting firm, to ensure compliance with GAAP
standards. Management and shareholders of AVL are very pleased to have been
able to acquire such a highly respected, quality company as ChungYang.
ChungYang is a young, growing company with superior management that will
add significant value to the asset base of AVL.
The transaction was completed through the parent company of The ChangYang
Group, Top Sonic, Inc. of the British Virgin Islands. Due to China's
regulations on direct mergers with offshore companies, it was necessary to
complete the transaction through Top Sonic.
Additional information regarding the terms and conditions of the merger
will be forthcoming along with the new management structure. The principals
of ChungYang will be traveling to New York in January for a formal closing
and meetings with investors and merchant bankers.
The Chongyang Group is a leading manufacturer of a line of herbal
medicines. They have received full GMP certification, which is the N.
American equivalent of UL quality standard approval. Their leading product
is a liver stabilization drink that assists in slowing down the
deterioration from various forms of liver disease.
