Moto Management, Inc. Announces Research & Development Contract With Noted NASCAR & Motorcycle Engine Designer Jeff Clark

Moto Management, Inc., in conjunction with Idea Sports Entertainment Group, Inc. ("Idea") (OTC BB: ISPO), announced today that it has executed a contract with Jeff Clark and his company TCX Customs to design a proprietary carburetor, cylinder head and exhaust system for its line of 250 cc motorcycles that debut in the Spring of 2006.

Edward DuCoin, Moto Management President, commented, "We are delighted to announce today that we have hired Jeff Clark to manage the quality control aspects of our motorcycle product line. Jeff is an expert in engine design for motorcycles as well as race cars, specifically NASCAR engines, and we have contracted with him to design our proprietary new carburetor, cylinder head and exhaust system that will come standard on all of our 250 cc models that are manufactured in China."

DuCoin also added, "The same technology that Jeff utilizes in the development of NASCAR racing engines will be applied to our 250 cc engine program. These updates to our existing 250 cc engine package will provide MMI with a unique and proprietary marketing and performance advantage in the motorcycle marketplace coupled with our endorsement contracts that give us a unique product offering to the consumer."

Jeff Clark has been involved in the sport of NASCAR as an engine designer/builder for the past 12 years. Jeff currently is a consultant for Dale Earnhardt Incorporated in the engine department and serves as a crewmember for Dale Earnhardt Incorporated on NASCAR weekends.

In addition to his NASCAR duties, Jeff is the owner of TCX Customs, a custom motorcycle design, manufacturing and repair facility located in Charlotte, North Carolina. TCX designs and manufactures custom motorcycles and also serves as a service repair and custom exhaust manufacturing facility for the motorcycle industry.

Under the joint venture marketing partnership between Idea Sports & Entertainment and Moto Management, Idea Sports Entertainment will be the majority owner in Idea Sports Marketing. As part of the marketing arrangement, Idea Sports Marketing will receive royalties on each motorcycle unit sold as well as accessories merchandise.
