Crossfire War: Missile Fire Escalates as Hamas Experiences Election Victories
By Willard Payne
Crossfire War - TEHRAN WATCH: Middle East Theatre; Israel/Hamas - Qassam Missile Fire Escalates as Hamas Experiences Municipal Election Victories in 3 Cities - Fatah in Disarray
Night Watch: JERUSALEM - With the Fatah party of Mahmoud Abbas in disarray Hamas experienced massive election victories in the West Bank cities of Al-Bireh, Nablus and Jenin. That has provided them more momentum for more Qassam missile attacks by using other terrorists groups like Jihad Islami and Fatah-al Aqsa Brigades. Hamas seems to be transforming itself into more of a political movement while the other groups engage in attacks. [
Debka]
The eighth Qassam missile was fired from northern Gaza. One of them was a missile of longer range and hit the industrial zone of Israel's Mediterranean port of Ashkelon. It followed a cluster of three missiles that hit other residential areas. None of the missiles have caused any casualties but Israel has convened an emergency security meeting.
Jerusalem knows that this is just a precursor of more attacks and of a larger scale. Debka has also recently reported that not only are newer Qassams able to explode in mid-air but are now being prepared with a chemical warhead. The occasional retaliation is not enough to disrupt the planned escalation financed by Tehran through Hamas. Tehran is giving Israel no other choice but to invade the West Bank and Gaza to drive out the militant organizations.
As crossfirewar.com has stated consistently that is exactly what Tehran-Damascus-Beirut-Riyadh and other Islamic capitals want so they can portray Israel as the aggressor. It will also provide Islamic groups and military units sent by Islamic governments their chance to experience celebrated martyrdom.
Tehran's Tower of Blood is thirsty.
