Media Alert - iView MediaPro Update Offers New Features

Today iView Multimedia released iView MediaPro 3.0.1 -- a free update for all customers of MediaPro 3.0.

This award-winning, cross-platform digital asset management application is customized for photographers and other creative professionals. It delivers the world's most flexible and powerful professional workflow management solution.

New features include:

--  RAW rendering support for Adobe Digital Negative (DNG), Minolta (MRW),
    Sony (SRF), and Olympus (ORF) on Mac 10.4.2 or higher.
--  Extended thumbnail & full screen preview support, including dynamic
    thumbnails up to 640 pixels.
--  Deep Folder Watching support; MediaPro now watches all subfolders of
    any watched folder.
--  New: 'Make Capture Sets' feature automatically groups a burst of
    images or group of bracketed exposures based on time intervals between
    shots. Available in the 'Download from Camera' dialog for new photos and as
    an option in the 'Make' menu for photos already in a catalog.
--  Supports XMP sidecar on import (all formats).
--  New merge modes during metadata synchronization.
--  Expanded options for adjusting the Capture Date, the date recorded in
    the (EXIF) metadata of images created by digital cameras.
--  Added support for the 'State' field in 'Place Finder.'
--  Added support for Adobe DNG color space when working with embedded
    previews (for both rendering and converting).
--  Fixed JPEG rotate UI issue when wrong angle was used to rotate
    original.
--  Full Adobe Photoshop CS2 compatibility when synchronizing metadata in
    images.
