Pinnacle - S-Charger Corporation Addresses Global Fuel Technology Marketplace

Pinnacle Group Unlimited, Inc. ("the Company")(OTC: PGPU), which recently announced that it will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of S-Charger Corporation, today released S-Charger Corporation's outlook for its product on the global automotive marketplace.

According to the Changzhou TLD Motorcycle Trade information Network Co. Ltd., China's motorcycle fleet consists of over 70 million units in 2006 and is expected to grow by 9% through 2008. The world's next two largest engine markets, Indonesia and India, have similar motorcycle populations and are also target markets for S-Charger Corporation products. S-Charger CEO, Hong Kong born, Wai-cheong Sin: "S-Charger Corporation believes that based on the sheer size of these markets even a very conservative market share will reap significant revenues for the corporation." S-Charger also expects similar results when it releases its automobile version of the S-Charger supercharger later in 2006.
