EntertainMax Worldwide, Inc., partly owned by eMax Holdings Corporation (OTC: EMXC), announced they have licensed 2 ring tone internet sites, one game site and one mobile internet store site to www.emaxnet.net, from Artists Innovations, Inc.

The four different internet mobile sites will offer consumers the ability to download ringtones, games, and videos for many mobile phones worldwide.
