Innofone.com Announces Ms. Karen Rosolowski as New Chief Financial Officer
Innofone.com, Inc. (OTC BB: INFN),
currently the first public company to focus exclusively on IPv6 (Internet
Protocol version 6), announced today that Ms. Karen Rosolowski has been
named as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Based in Santa Monica,
California, Ms. Rosolowski will oversee the worldwide financial functions
for the company, including the fiscal aspects of planning, controllership,
operations, and administration. The announcement was made today by Alex
Lightman, CEO and President of Innofone.com, to whom Rosolowski will
report.

finance and accounting in the high technology and entertainment industries,

Ms. Rosolowski joins Innofone.com from Winning Performance, a service
company that provided controller, auditing, and CFO support for
medium-sized companies in Southern California. Previously, she served as
Regional Manager for Hungerford Vinton, LLC, which specialized in contract
compliance and recovery audits for a range of clients. She also served as
Project Director in the Controller's Division at Eastman Kodak, where she
was responsible for high-level project management and systems design, and
was the Finance Director for the Entertainment Imaging business unit, where
she contributed to the strategic implementation of plans for the
Entertainment Imaging unit during its rapid sales growth from $750M to
$1.1B.
Ms. Rosolowski started her career at Coopers & Lybrand, where she worked as
Audit Manager in a range of duties that included financial audits and tax
preparation for clients in banking, health care, real estate, non-profit
and manufacturing.
She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from
Ohio State University.
