Night Watch: VIENNA - The head of Iran's Association of Combatant Clerics Mohammad Khatami attended the Dialogue of Civilizations Conference here in Vienna. He called for the annihilation of Weapons of Mass Destruction but in private he wants to see the annihilation of Vienna and the International Atomic Energy Agency's investigation into Iran's nuclear weapons program. He was never a moderate. If he actually were he would have had no chance of even running for President but the Council of Guardians knew what the world wanted to hear, especially with the reason the fast-buck artist Reagan administration gave as their excuse for sending arms to Iran during the 1980's, that there are moderates in Iran's government. So the Council of Guardians found someone photogenic and who smiles, beams a lot and basically told Khatami, fool the world for as long as possible, when the time comes your true self and message will be revealed.
Tehran's grand deception continues. They have missiles that can reach Vienna and Iran has embraced all Balkan people including Croatia. This is why it was so clownishly evil for the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), orchestrated by Vienna, to have engineered the division of Yugoslavia.
The scheme was to display the New World Order by solving the division diplomatically with the only military presence being nothing more than ceremonial units, headquarters, staff and military attaches. Fifty-five governments agreed to take part in what was to have been a grand cooperation between Eastern and Western Europe, NATO-Warsaw Pact member states, but they underestimated the impact of weapon dealers.
Tehran realized another front had been established so they instituted relations with Croatia in 1992, knowing that a lot of them also hated Vienna as a result of the division unleashing old world chaos.
Iran stated openly that Croatia was their entry into Central Europe, so since then Berlin has sent to Warsaw Leopard tanks, Washington has helped Warsaw upgrade its air force and Moscow is upgrading Poland's Soviet era aircraft.
The division of Yugoslavia has resulted in the division of Southeast Europe as opposed to the rest of Europe. In January Vienna assumes the head of the European Union for six months. Events are preceding and accompanying Khatami, not to mention the events that will follow him.
