QUMAS, the leading provider of integrated solutions for enterprise compliance, governance and risk management, today announced that Anderson Packaging Inc. of Rockford, Illinois, one of the fastest-growing contract pharmaceutical packagers in the nation, has selected the QUMAS QCompliance Suite to help meet stringent federal compliance requirements for the packaging of pharmaceutical products including prescription products, over-the-counter products, physician samples, and pharmaceutical products destined for clinical trials. Anderson features over 95 manufacturing lines in its pharmaceutical division for primary and secondary packaging running three shifts per day, five days per week.

The QUMAS QCompliance Suite is a complete compliance framework that ensures organizations remain in a state of constant compliance while covering multiple regulations with a single solution. Designed to allow organizations to initiate and maintain a sustainable compliance program, the QUMAS solution brings together the multiple disciplines of policy management, process enforcement, monitoring and reporting into an integrated solution. QCompliance is architected to streamline, organize, and automate compliance-related activities on an enterprise-wide level. Additionally QCompliance is highly configurable lending itself to handling the compliance requirements of existing and future regulations without coding.

Founded in 1967, with over 900,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing automation, Anderson Packaging is rolling out the QCompliance Suite to proactively ensure that they are meeting compliance regulations on a sustainable and continuing basis among their 1,300 employees spread across seven manufacturing plants.

"QUMAS allowed us to install a single product suite to accomplish our goals for compliance without having to learn and manage an assortment of point technologies that may or may not integrate with each other," said Shawn Reilley, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Anderson Packaging. "Meeting compliance initiatives is serious business. As a company we are committed to doing things the right way. We found the QUMAS system to be the finest on the market. Naturally, we wanted to use the best compliance solution available."

"At QUMAS we believe that the best compliance solution is one that helps businesses operate in a continuous state of compliance at all times, even as new regulations come to the forefront," said Paul Hands, CEO of QUMAS. "The best solution will include policy management, process enforcement, reporting and monitoring. By integrating these disciplines, Anderson Packaging can deploy a closed-loop compliance system that will improve corporate performance."
