Coattec's Tradenames of "Coatflex," "Coattecflex" and "Difflux" Are Registered by US Patent and Trademarks Office; Coattec Updates Company Information on the Pink Sheets News Service
Coattec's (OTC: CTCK) President and CEO,
Bernd Meinecke, announced today that Coattec has received the registration
of the Coattec tradenames, "Coatflex," "Coattecflex" and "Difflux" from the
US Patent and Trademarks Office. Coattec is ready to further implement its
business plan of the manufacturing and marketing the Coattec housewraps and
roofing foils in the North American market. The Identification of Goods
for the US Patent and Trademarks Office is as follows: "Plastic sheeting
used in the construction industry, namely, a water repellant, antibacterial
house wrap, underlay and roofing foil that inhibits mold, allows moisture
to escape, is resistant to tear and noise, provides UV protection and is
flame retardant" in class 17.
Bernd Meinecke also stated that Coattec has been notified by a number of
sources regarding faxes being circulated regarding Coattec. Mr. Meinecke,
