Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: BTYH) announces the release of its 3rd quarter results. The Company reported revenue of $11,888,119 for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 and $34,054,209 for the nine months ended September 30, 2005. The increase in revenues is attributable to the Company's acquisition of Southland Health Services, Inc. The Company also reported profits for the quarter of $1,248,732, or $.07 per share, and year to date profits of $2,702,691, or $.16 per share.
