CIB Marine Bancshares Sells Payment Processing Systems Manufacturing Subsidiary to Private Equity Firm

England Securities acted as exclusive financial advisor to CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc. ("CIB Marine") in connection with the recent sale of the assets and business operations of its wholly owned subsidiary, MICR, Inc. (dba "Maverick International"), to Ramer Equities, Incorporated. Terms of the transaction, which closed on October 31, 2005, were not announced.
