Gener8Xion Entertainment and Band World Form Alliance

Gener8Xion Entertainment, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC BB: GNXE) announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance with Canadian-based 797738 Ontario ltd. operating as "Band World" (http://www.bandworld.com ) to provide audio installations for Gener8Xion's pastoral and ministry network.

Under the terms of the alliance the two companies will work closely to develop, design and implement audio solutions as they relate to the needs of Ministries across Canada, USA and Mexico.
