StarInvest's Portfolio Company " Miscor" Files S-1 Registration Statement
StarInvest Group, Inc. (OTC BB: STIV)
announced that its portfolio company Miscor Group, Ltd., formerly known as
Magnetech Integrated Services, Inc, has filed an S-1 registration statement
with the Securities and Exchange Commission. StarInvest, which funded
Miscor $800,000 in March 2005, is holding a Convertible Debenture and

Miscor provides electrical and mechanical solutions to industrial,
commercial and institutional customers. For the six months ending June 26,
2005 revenues increased by $7.2 million or 55% to $20.2 million in 2005
from $13 million in 2004. Miscor's largest customers include International
Steel Group, Marathon Ashland Petroleum, CSX Transportation, USS
Corporation and Union Pacific Railroad.
