Axiomtek , a world-renowned provider of industrial and embedded systems and components, today announced the release of the PANEL 6122, a 12.1 inch High Brightness TFT Industrial SVGA LCD Monitor. In addition to some standard features of other Axiomtek Panel computers, the Panel 6122 works in many different types of configurations, including panel mount, wall mount, VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) mount or open frame.

The Panel 6122 features a 12.1 inch 400nit (cd/m2) TFT LCD with touch screen support and a maximum resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. Two different styles of touch screens are available, resistive or capacitive (optional regular glass screen also available). The touch screens offer high durability, clarity and resolution, making the PANEL 6122 perfect for high-traffic or harsh environments.

The front metal panel, in regular mounting or open frame versions, is dust and water resistant and NEMA 4/12 (IP65) compliant. With an ultra slim design, the PANEL 6122 can easily fit into the most demanding of applications, including KIOSK, POI, and POS multimedia applications. It also supports various mounting methods including panel, wall or VESA FPMPMI (Flat Panel Monitor Physical Mounting Interface) and has the ability to be used as an open frame monitor.

The Panel features:

-D-SUB 9 Pin (male) RS-232 connector for the touch screen
-D-sub 15 connector (female) for VGA input
-RCA video connector
-S-Video connector
-DVI (Digital Visual Interface) connector
-Screw-type adaptor plug designed for the external AC/DC power supporting all industrial applications
