Hertz Equipment Rental to Open Renovated Facility in Reading, OH

Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation (HERC), a leading construction and industrial equipment rental company, will celebrate the grand re-opening of its renovated general rental facility in Reading, Ohio on Friday, November 4, 2005. The grand re-opening celebration will take place at the store between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and will showcase the facility's new showroom and newly-expanded product line, which includes small tools, equipment and contractors' supplies.

As part of Hertz's commitment to expand services available for small to medium-sized contractors and homeowners, a broad range of products are now being offered, such as lawn mowers, floor sanders and buffers, trenchers, paint sprayers, ladders, pumps and scaffolding. In addition to the newly-expanded product line, HERC Reading still offers customers a wide assortment of construction and industrial equipment from brand names such as Case, Genie, Ingersoll-Rand, JLG, John Deere, Wacker and Stihl. Equipment is available to rent or buy.

At the grand re-opening event, vendor demonstrations and literature will be available, a free lunch will be catered by Vonderhaar's Catering, and door prizes will be provided on-site. In addition to HERC management, the Mayor of Reading, Bo Bemmes, members of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, and local radio personality Tom Gamble from 1360 Homer--The Sports Animal, will be in attendance.

Located at 1438 East Galbraith Road between I-75 and Reading Road, the 20,000 square-foot HERC Reading facility is the only Hertz Equipment location in the tri-state area, and serves the Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky, Southeastern Indiana markets. The facility is open Mondays through Fridays, 7 am to 5:00 pm, and for the first time has Saturday hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm.
