Patients Gain Access to Personal Health Records While Practices Streamline Medical Processes

InteGreat, a leading provider of electronic medical record (EMR) systems, announces the introduction of its IC-Patient Portal to streamline the exchange of information between patients and physician practices, provide "round the clock" access to online services and to automate data collection.
