Newmark Corrects Effective Date for Forward Stock Split and Name Change
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Newmark Ventures, Inc. ("Newmark") today announced that as a result of a delay in the printing of new stock certificates the previously defined effective date of October 20, 2005 has been changed to October 26, 2005.
