New Additions to Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP Diversify Practice Area
NEW YORK, Oct. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference has added two senior securities lawyers to its New York office. With the addition of Yoel Goldfeder and Louis Brilleman, SRFF continues to expand its practice area to encompass various forms of traditional PIPEs and alternative public and private securities offerings.
Yoel Goldfeder has joined SRFF as a senior associate. He specializes in corporate and securities matters, including both public and private securities offerings and joint ventures. He attended Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned a CALI award for his course work in Negotiating Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to joining SRFF, Mr. Goldfeder was an associate of Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP and other New York law firms.
Louis Brilleman has joined SRFF in a senior counsel position. His practice focuses on counseling small companies in a variety of 1933 and 1934 Act matters. Mr. Brilleman is multilingual and holds degrees from both New York University and the University of Amsterdam. He has represented companies and investment banks during his tenure at New York law firms including Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Bryan Cave LLP.
With this addition, SRFF has 22 attorneys, doubling its number of attorneys in the past year.
