Sciax Announces Name Change and Stock Symbol Change

Sciax Corp. (OTC: RMDG) announced today that the company has filed Articles of Amendment for a name change and a new ticker symbol has been issued for the company's public stock. On September 29, 2005, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had approved an amendment to Sciax's corporate structure that would effect a reverse split of the shares of common stock at a ratio of 1 for 70. The Company's name has been changed to RMD Entertainment Group and the new stock symbol will be RMDG. The reverse split, name change and ticker symbol change will become effective at 12:01AM EST on October 21, 2005. The common stock will begin trading on a reverse split basis under the new ticker symbol at the opening of trading on October 21, 2005.
