Acordia, Inc. Names Anne Vandall Human Resource Specialist for Acordia Midwest
Acordia, Inc., a Wells Fargo Company, is
pleased to announce that Anne Vandall has accepted the position of Human
Resource Specialist for Acordia Midwest. In her new role, Vandall will be
primary contact for Acordia Team Members and Managers in the Midwest
regarding human resource policies, processes, procedures, online tools and
other resources. She will also be responsible for implementing recruiting
processes as well as managing paperwork for other employment-related issues
including performance reviews, salary increases and general data requests.
Vandall's employment experience has displayed a wide variety of abilities
in the human resource field. Most recently, she served as the People
Services Assistant in the Human Resources (HR) Department at Mount Carmel
Health Systems in Columbus, Ohio. She was responsible for all clinical and
non-clinical licensure verifications, updates and maintenance, coordinated
employee transfers, performance evaluations, pay changes and benefits
updates, processed newly hired employees and assisted in coordinating
system-wide HR sponsored functions.
Prior to that, she provided support for 350 employees in areas such as
benefits, compensation, employee relations, tracking and screening of
applicants and employee safety for Hilton Columbus. Vandall also served as
a Project Coordinator/Recruiter for J. Gernetzke & Associates, Inc., and
Career Advisor for DeVry Institute of Technology, both located in Columbus.
Vandall is currently attending Franklin University in Columbus, pursuing a
bachelor's in Human Resource Management.
