California News Tech Announces Cancellation of Letter of Intent
California News Tech ("CNTE") (OTC BB: CNTE) announced today that the letter of intent to acquire certain assets
of Seymour I. Rubinstein was terminated by the parties. As stated, the
letter expressed the intent only, and was not binding upon the parties.
Accordingly, when both parties could not reach consensus it was agreed
to end discussions. As a result, Mr. Rubinstein's position on the Board of
Directors has been terminated.

we were unable to reach a final deal, as part of our overall growth
strategy California News Tech will continue to look toward other business
opportunities to enable us to accelerate growth."
