CEO Tamara McNair and president Antonio McNair have a worked in the cosmetic and entertainment industry combined for over 13 years. They are knowledgeable about all aspects of the entertainment business, and understand the need for a comprehensive team to handle cosmetics. McNair has been a salon stylist for ten years and has styled hair for celebrities including Sisqo, Lil Bow Wow, Backstreet Boys tour, the female vocal group Lovher, Prophet Jones, BET host Melyssa Ford and video vixen Gloria Velez.

Clarence A. McNair has practiced and perfected his business knowledge since his childhood days. He is a member of the R&B foursome Prophet Jones, which is well-known for hits including their remake of the O'Jays song "Cry Together," Lifetime and Come Inside. He is the force behind the group's business operations and brings the same expertise to McNair Beauty Team.
