CAIR Asks U.S. Muslims to Help, Pray for S. Asia Quake Victims
The Council on American-Islamic Relations urged American Muslims and other people of conscience to help the victims of the massive earthquake in South Asia.
Relief organizations associated with the Muslim Hurricane Relief Task Force (www.mhrtf.net) are offering aid to areas of Pakistan, Afghanistan and India devastated by the 7.6-magnitude earthquake that left at least 30,000 people dead.
The Association of Pakistani Physicians of North America (APPNA) has also established the "APPNA Earthquake Relief Fund 2005." Checks may be sent to: APPNA Earthquake Relief Fund 2005, 6414 S.
