Wide E-Convergence Technologies Americas
Corporation (WECTAC) (OTC: WDCV), a provider of
e-learning technologies and services for training, education and
communication, is pleased to announce that WECTAC has executed a Letter of
Intent (the "LOI") with Cygnet Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("Cygnet"), a private
Ahmedabad, India-based e-learning and software services company, to
distribute its e-learning management system (LMS) and services to North
America.

The joint relationship will allow WECTAC to market and distribute the LMS
Portal product and services of Cygnet's technology on terms to be
negotiated, in order to enable WECTAC to offer Cygnet solutions exclusively
to WECTAC's customers. Cygnet and WECTAC will enter into written and
binding agreements.
