Who
Kilopass Technology, Inc., an emerging supplier of embedded non-volatile
memory (NVM) Intellectual Property (IP) based in Santa Clara, California,
will present and exhibit at the Fabless Semiconductor Association (FSA)
Conference & Expo. As part of their presentation and exhibit, Kilopass is
highlighting applications of its XPM(TM) non-volatile memory (NVM)
technology.
What
Presentation
XPM: An Embedded Non-Volatile Memory Technology for SOC Design
Exhibit
Kilopass' exhibit features applications for its XPM one-time-programmable
(OTP), standard CMOS logic memory technology for embedded systems. XPM
technology offers cost, security, integration and flexibility advantages
over traditional ROM and Flash technologies. It is scalable to 90 nm and
beyond, and has been qualified by the world's leading foundries.
A few bits of XPM memory provides secure storage of chip IDs, for
applications such as secure High-Definition Multimedia Interfaces (HDMI),
as well as for storing encryption keys for security-critical applications.
