Ironstone Vineyards Donates $100,000 to Hurricane Relief Efforts

The Kautz family, owners of Ironstone Vineyards, Leaping Horse Vineyards and Sonoma Creek, has announced they will donate $100,000 to assist with relief efforts now underway during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

This decision came after seeing what has now been described as one of the worst natural disasters in the history of the United States. Katrina has devastated much of the Gulf Coast from Louisiana to Mississippi to Alabama. In an effort to assist the millions of people who are now in dire need of water, food, shelter, and medical care, the Kautz Family and Ironstone Vineyards will respectfully offer an opportunity to have customers participate in the Hurricane Katrina Relief effort.

Throughout the United States, beginning the week of September 12th, neck hangers can be found on bottles of Ironstone Vineyards, Leaping Horse Vineyards or Sonoma Creek wines inviting families to join the Kautz family in raising money for relief efforts. "With the purchase of this bottle, $1.00 will be donated to the Hurricane Katrina Relief effort (maximum of $100,000)."
