Crown Crafts, Inc. Signs Licensing Agreement With Kelly B. Rightsell Designs, Inc.
New Luxury Products From Crown Crafts Infant Products and Hamco to Launch at ABC Show
Crown Crafts, Inc. (OTC BB: CRWS) (the
"Company") today announced it has formalized a licensing agreement with
Kelly B. Rightsell Designs, Inc. This new arrangement will expand the
Company's presence in the luxury distribution channels for infant and
juvenile bedding and accessories.
Under the agreement with Kelly B. Rightsell Designs, the Company will
produce, market and sell infant and juvenile home furnishings and
accessories under the "Kelly Rightsell" brand. Crown Crafts Infant
Products will develop infant and juvenile bedding, blankets, and room decor
for the brand, while Hamco will develop bibs and bath products. The
Company will focus its marketing and sales efforts on the luxury market
with infant crib sets with suggested retail prices starting at $450.00.
New product introductions will be made at the ABC Show in Las Vegas in
September 2005.
