Crown Crafts Infant Products, Inc. Signs Licensing Agreement With PALI, S.p.a.

New Infant Textiles Collection to Compliment Fine Furniture

Crown Crafts Infant Products, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC BB: CRWS) today announced it has formalized a licensing agreement with PALI, S.p.a. The Company will introduce four (4) new collections at the upcoming ABC Show in Las Vegas, NV.

Under the agreement with PALI, S.p.a, the Company will design and produce infant home furnishings and accessories under the "PALI" brand. Sales and marketing for the new line will be managed by PALI. The product lines for this brand include infant bedding, blankets, and room decor. The new collections are designed to compliment PALI's fine infant furniture offerings. The combination of fine textiles and furniture enable new parents to create a nursery with confidence. The Company will focus its marketing and sales efforts on the high-end and luxury markets with infant crib sets priced from $199.

"PALI's decision to enter into the nursery linens market is a natural compliment to our commitment to bringing the finest products to our customers and to the consumer," said Kevin Walker, Vice President, Sales for Pali North America. "A PALI nursery is a very special place for your newborn. Sleeping in a PALI crib with PALI Fine Linens makes for a beautiful and safe environment for you and your baby to enjoy."

"We are honored to be working with a company with the history and reputation of PALI," commented Nanci Freeman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. "This arrangement, which brings together two industry leaders, will offer consumers the best in both infant furniture and textiles."

About PALI, S.p.a

Pali's history, to which four generations of the Pali family have contributed, spans nearly a century. During this time the company underwent epochal changes. From traditional handcrafted methods, they transitioned to the utilization of advanced technologies. From the first workshop in the shed of the family home, to buildings in the garden, then shops built on adjacent parcels of land; until 1962, when valuable experience gained from the production of chairs enabled the company to make a smooth transition to production of cribs and complementary bedroom furniture. Their innovative capability, and positive and dynamic vision are family characteristics that derive from the will and commitment to learn and improve using care and courage.

Their company spirit owes much to Ermenegildo Pali, the founder who started manufacturing chairs in his kitchen. Just a few a day, he made them well using the utmost care. Everything has changed in production methods, demand, models and taste. But one thing still remains: love for a finely crafted product made with great care.
