PCS Edventures! (OTC BB: PCSV) announced today that it has begun discussions with a Singapore based education company, Little Skool-House International, to explore potential partnerships in product development, marketing, and distribution of educational programs in Singapore and beyond to the Philippines, Viet Nam, Malaysia, and China.
