Jajah and Legend Mobile Announce Exclusive Representation Agreement

Jajah Technologies GmbH (www.jajah.com) and Legend Mobile Inc. (OTC BB: LGMB) today announced that they have entered into an exclusive representation agreement. The agreement calls for Legend Mobile to develop branded versions of Jajah's cutting-edge communication tool.

Jajah Technologies has one of the world's most attractive IP communication tools. Apart from VoIP and IP-2-POTS services for voice communication, Jajah allows for video conferencing, SMS/text messages, real-time translated chat, ringtones, skins, and animations -- all for free!

Jajah users are able to download a proprietary software solution and can call over 100 million people around the world for free. Calls to ordinary or mobile phones are available at extremely low rates. Jajah expects to have 5 million users within the next twelve months.

With this new agreement, Legend Mobile is the exclusive representative of Jajah for brands and celebrities based in the United States. Since inception in 1997, Legend Mobile has specialized in the development of technology products associated with leading brands and celebrities. Legend has worked with a wide variety of licensors including Hello Kitty, Nelly, Playboy, Hachette, Claudia Schiffer, Hilary Duff, Tyra Banks, numerous NASCAR drivers, Disney Records, Christina Aguilera, Daisy Fuentes, and most recently Donald Trump and "The Apprentice" television show. Legend's management has also worked with KISS, Viacom Consumer Products, and other noted celebrities.
