PlanGraphics Adds to Technical Staff

PlanGraphics, Inc. (OTC: PGRA) announces that Matthew Bafford, Kelly Charak and Roger Keith Cottrell, Jr. have joined the company's technical staff.

--  Matthew Bafford has joined PlanGraphics' Maryland office as a GIS
    programmer/analyst. He is an experienced programmer of desktop GIS
    applications. Bafford previously worked for Geographic Information
    Services, Inc. (Birmingham, Ala.), as a software developer/GIS technician.
    He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics from the
    University of South Carolina.

--  Kelly Charak has joined the company's Maryland office as a geospatial
    analyst. She comes to PlanGraphics from Environmental Research, Inc.
    (Linden, Va.), where she was a remote sensing specialist. She has a
    bachelor's degree in geography from the University of South Florida.

--  Roger Keith Cottrell, Jr. has joined the company's Kentucky office as
    a senior systems analyst. He has more than 11 years of GIS experience, with
    strengths in the design and management of custom desktop and Web GIS
    application projects. Cottrell comes to PlanGraphics from Bechtel Savannah
    River, Inc. (Aiken, S.C.), where he was a senior engineer. Cottrell holds a
    master's degree in geography from West Virginia University and a bachelor's
    degree magna cum laude from the same institution. He also has a graduate
    certificate in project management from the University of Wisconsin at
    Platteville. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
