Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: UCSY), announced today that the company subsidiary Atmospheric Water Technologies, Inc., and Indian Licensee, Watermaker (India) Pvt Limited, are to participate and Exhibit at The 6th Water Asia International Conference and Exhibition on Asian Water Industry, the event taking place in New Delhi, 13-16 September 2005.

Company president Michael Zwebner stated today: "We recognize the importance of the Indian market, as well as other emerging markets in the South East Asia arena for our Air to Water machines and systems. We will be supporting our local Licensee, and exhibiting a number of our unique Air to Water machines, together with the new locally made Watermaker branded machines at this important exhibition."
