ESYNC and Dawn Food Products, the Right Mix for Successful Implementations!

17 Site Deployment of Custom WMS in Response to FDA Ruling Under Bioterrorism Act

ESYNC, a leading supply chain consulting firm, and Dawn Food Products, Inc. (Dawn Foods), one of the world's largest full-service, family-owned baking industry suppliers, have partnered for a supply chain execution system deployment project. ESYNC will be spearheading the implementation and rollout of Dawn Foods' existing WMS application to seventeen (17) sites across the United States, Mexico and Canada by December of 2005. The rollout is in response to the final rule by the FDA on the establishment and maintenance of records for U.S. human and animal food under the Bioterrorism Act. For ESYNC and Dawn Foods, this project includes:

--  Project Roadmap containing resource allocation, task detail, timeline,
    etc.
--  Program / Project Management (multiple teams)
--  Implementation and integration of a custom WMS that provides complete
    lot control and visibility across the Dawn Foods supply chain network
--  Comprehensive training sessions
--  On-site support for 24 x 7 operations
