Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Releases 2nd Quarter Results
Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: BTYH)
announces the release of its 2nd quarter results. The Company reported
revenue of $10,876,426 for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 and $22,166,090
for the six months ended June 30, 2005. The increase in revenues is
attributable to the Company's acquisition of Southland Health Services,
Inc. The Company also reported profits for the quarter of $750,726 and
year to date profit of $1,453,959 or $.09 per share. The Company's

Larry N. Lunan, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "The
Company's 2nd consecutive quarter of profits demonstrates its strength of
its new Health Service Division."
The Company anticipates continued growth in both divisions during 2005
through internal expansion and additional acquisitions. Mr. Lunan stated,
"When the Company completes its financing activities, the Company will have
sufficient capital to grow both divisions and the Company believes both
will be profitable during the 2nd half of 2005."
