Mozely Rose Launches Debut Album to National Radio Charts

Acclaim Records, Inc. announced today that it has launched national radio promotion of its southern rock band Mozely Rose. While promoting the album and the popular Virginia-based band to Americana and AAA radio stations, Acclaim is successfully touring the band throughout the Southeast and up through Illinois, Indiana and Pennsylvania. Early radio play has already been secured in their home state and before hitting the road Mozely Rose won Richmond's "Battle of the Bands" sponsored by Y101-Rock Radio.

"Early radio play in Norfolk and features in Richmond and Virginia Beach have given us a solid start to this campaign," stated Acclaim president Joe Danna. "We are also getting interest nationally in Texas and throughout the West which is encouraging as Mozely Rose deserves it... they're the real deal."

This weekend, Mozely Rose performs in Williamsburg before heading north to new audiences in Rock Island, Illinois, and Terre Haute, Indiana. Acclaim will continue to promote to radio in new markets being established through their tour and to college radio stations across the U.S. commencing in late August.

The new album "Mozely Rose - Low Down & Dirty" is available nationally through most major and independent music retailers and online through Tower Records, Borders and Amazon.com, among other online sources.
