IDS Worldwide Solutions, Inc. Announces Launch of Automobile, Home and Merchandise Internet Sales Portal

IDS Enters Agreement With 12,900 Auto Dealers to Advertise on www.995ad.com

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- IDS Worldwide Solutions, Inc., announced today its launch of www.995ad.com, an Internet portal that brings together buyers and sellers of automobiles, boats, homes, and various other merchandise. Through www.995ad.com, IDS intends to directly compete with Autotrader.com(r) and eBay(r) in the lucrative online automobile, boat, and home sales markets. In addition, www.995ad.com offers listings for personal ads, employment, and travel services.

According to Pat Downs, CEO of IDS Worldwide Solutions, www.995ad.com differs from many other online sales portals in that the customer only pays a $9.95 flat fee per month to list their item for sale and does not pay any additional fees or costs, other than shipping and handling costs which is handled directly between the buyer and seller, once the item is sold. As a result, many www.995ad.com customers will be able to sell their automobiles, boats, homes, and other merchandise at up to 500 percent lower out-of-pocket cost than if they choose to sell their items on another online sales portal.

In conjunction with the announcement of its launch of www.995ad.com, IDS also announced it has entered into agreements with 12,900 automobile dealers nationwide which provides the automobile dealers a discount rate to advertise on www.995ad.com. IDS expects the agreement will add approximately 500,000 automobiles to its online automobile inventory.

"Online automobile sales have realized explosive growth over the last five years and now account for an $11 billion annual market," stated Mr. Downs. "Our launch of www.995ad.com and the recent agreement with the automobile dealers assures us that we will be able to capture a piece of this ever-growing and profitable market."
