Crossfire War: Middle East/Europe; - Tehran’s Two Pronged Strategy - Pandemonium

Night Watch: VIENNA - Alireza Jafarzadeh, an Iranian exile, who directs Strategic Policy Consulting, based in Washington states that Iran has manufactured approximately 4,000 centrifuges capable of enriching uranium to weapons grade. He said, to the AP, that these are unkown to the U. N. nuclear monitoring agency, International Atomic Energy Agency, headquarted in Vienna.
As usual none of his sources can be independently verified but he does say the information is "very recent" and that the sources come from within the Tehran regime and have proven accurate in the past. The IAEA, who held an emergency meeting today, have not commented on his charges. Neither did Iran make any response.
Iran has responded, contemptously, to the IAEA’s proposal and dismissed it by calling it an "insult to the Iranian nation". That is identical to their view of the West. Other reports have mentioned that Iran’s new President has even referred to the West as savages.
Jafarzadeh further stated that Iran was making extensive use of front organizations or companies for the production and testing of centrifuge components. The companies he named: Pars Tarash, Kala Electric and Energy Novin and that they all had office space in the downtown Tehran building that houses Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization.
He added that of the companies involved only Pars Tarash is aware of the real meaning behind the procurement. Jafarzadeh also said Malek Ashtar University in Isfahan is also suspected to be involved in the centrifuge production. Isfahan is the site where uranium conversion has been officially resumed but as regulars readers know I don’t believe Iran suspended any activity, they just say they did.
Jafarzadeh went on to name the two most important engineers: Morteza Behzad, who works for Iran’s atomic agency and heads Pars Taresh and Ali Karmi, an engineer with the Defense Ministry and experienced in the more advanced P2 centrifuges. "This clearly shows that contrary to Iran’s claim that it is transparent and cooperating with the IAEA, it hasn’t stopped being deceitful, hasn’t stopped lying and hiding its program."
One organization that could easily clear up this issue is the servile board of directors of Bechtel Group who were invited, via their available London branch office in Hyde Park, back to Iran the day after the Gulf War ended in 1991, as shown on CNN. Bechtel went through London because the British establishment decided to have no embargo against Iran as did the U. S. There were obviously those in the American corporate world who went along with the scheme and they all assumed they could continue to do as they wished with the Middle East and that there would be no serious challenge to what they intended to be an enormously profitable occupation, flying the flag of Halliburton.
Bechtel constructed the facilities the former Russian scientists and Chinese technicians have been working in for almost the entire existence of Iran’s nuclear program. The arrangement being that when the facilities are completed Saddam would then be removed.
While Tehran directs these deceptive negotiations, an historical Shiite tradition to create confusion in the mind of the enemy and in this case an extremely corrupt enemy, the Council of Guardians intend to employ the second branch of their two-pronged strategy, create fighting and pandemonium in the Balkans.
For Vienna, which is also headquarters to the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) a misnomer, that is much closer to home and a much more pressing issue. Their prestigious and arrogantly regressive decision that led to the division of Yugoslavia opened the door for the Jihad to use the region as an avenue of invasion, as Iran takes advantage of the dividing and sub-dividing continent of Europe. It is no coincidence that for the past few months news reports from B92 and Maxfax have mentioned serious disturbances can soon take place again in Kosovo and Macedonia and spread throughout the region. Tehran encourages the division and recognizes it.
That is not in accordance with the vision of the OSCE, the 55 governments that agreed to stage an orchestrated crisis in one of their favorite areas for crisis performances and conferences, the Balkans and in this production in the name of the "New World Order," conducted by Vienna. Their decisions have set the stage for this pandemonium production, written and directed by the Council of Guardians in Tehran.
Vienna’s program was to show a grand example of the new spirit of cooperation between all of Eastern and Western Europe at the conclusion of the Cold War. Everybody knew everybody and they assumed they could resolve it diplomatically but they understimated the impact of one of their favorite secret services; weapon dealers and all their banking contacts in Switzerland.
The OSCE also failed to take into consideration the Islamic world realizing that another front had been established and that they should embrace it and use it to keep the West distracted from its usual schemes directed at them.
But with Vienna, being one of Europe’s major centers of crisis conferences and all of its contradictions that cloud any issue with competing lies and fact finding/analytical comical grandstanding, it is impossible for the IAEA or the West to respond effectively.
The real reason they cannot realize the obvious, that the West is headed for all out war, is because they would have to admit the truth of the failure of their latest grand design and these are not truth oriented people or institutions, evasion is their specialty. Societies retain their character and grand designing is what Europe prides itself on and passing the blame on to someone else.
Iran has retained the Persian character in its expert use of availability.
