Natural Harmony Foods (Pink Sheets: NHYF) Prints 300,000 SoyLean(R) Cartons for Retail Sales Launch

Natural Harmony Foods, Inc. (OTC: NHYF), a producer and marketer of unique, natural protein foods, announced today that it has completed a print run of 300,000 cartons in preparation for the retail launch of the company's innovative line of SoyLean® brand natural food products. This print run will be able to accommodate nearly $1.5 million in retail sales.

"Originally, we expected this run to last six months, but with the overwhelmingly warm reception we have received from retailers looking for new, healthy product choices, we may be back for more cartons in August."

Natural Harmony Foods' SoyLean® brand products marry the taste and nutrition of natural, lean beef, chicken and pork with heart-healthy soy protein. Targeting a broad range of consumers who enjoy the taste and texture of real meat but who want to eat healthier, the products are low in fat, saturated fat, calories and cholesterol with no trans fats.

SoyLean® brand products are currently available direct-to-consumer via the Natural Harmony Foods Web site at www.naturalharmonyfoods.com. The company is finalizing its retail launch efforts and solidifying agreements with major supermarket and whole food chains to place SoyLean® brand products in retail locations throughout the East Coast during the coming months.

The first 300,000 SoyLean® retail cartons were printed by MOR Printing, Inc., a Florida-based provider of commercial printing and fulfillment services.
