Petro Resources Corporation Announces a Six Well Exploratory Drilling Program

Petro Resources Corporation (OTC: PRCT) announces today that it is participating in six exploratory wells in the Frio Trend located in Colorado, Victoria and Wharton Counties, Texas. Petro Resources will participate for a 6.25% interest in five exploratory wells operated by Brayton Operating Corp. and will participate for a 10% interest in one exploratory well operated by Everest Resources Company.
