LAS VEGAS and HENDERSON, Nev., July 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sports Alumni, Inc.'s. announced today that its American Football Alumni's division (www.americanfootballalumni.com) has agreed with a Pennsylvania-based Recruiting/Staffing firm to enroll the initial 100 Players Representatives/Sales force, at a set up fee of $250 for each new Player Rep. The Recruiting/Staffing firm will pay Sports Alumni an initial fee of $25,000 in exchange for the right to participate in the subsequent revenues generated by their first 100 representative national sales team, plus will receive a small equity position in SPNI.

"Along with the additional strategic marketing partners list we are now building, we plan on establishing 1,000 of our own player/alumni representatives," said Matt Totty, President of Sports Alumni Inc. Totty went on to explain this relationship allows us to have the presence across north America to facilitate the beginning of a solid base from which to grow. "It is monumental for us to have set this relationship in place this soon. Our player representatives will be managing 500 to 1,000 alumni each and getting a start like this really allows us to educate and grow our coverage in a manageable manor."

SPNI's target market for the AFA players representatives will be former players of college, high school and professional football. The alumni date back more than 50 years. With over 40,000 targeted football programs playing football around the globe, the potential eligible AFA members is in excess of 30 million alumni individuals worldwide.

AFA will target these members through the initial 100 Alumni sales team as well as thru the previously announced alliance with Global Media Fund's (www.globalmediafund.com) advertising and publicity campaign.

Totty went on to say that, "We are very excited to get started developing our representatives and are fortunate to have chosen a early partner with experience in setting up sales teams across the country. It's imperative for us to have a class individuals as our Player Reps. They will not only be selling memberships, packages, and our extensive product lines to our gatherings, but probably just as important, our representatives will be our touch communication point to our members and the football culture, keeping us up on the important football subjects and spreading the word on key issues that other parts of the football culture is experiencing."
