Borrelli Salon Celebrates 20 Years With New Location and Name

Renowned Salon Gets a Make-Over After 20 Years

After 20 years of setting style trends on Santa Monica Boulevard, the Borrelli Salon & Spa relocates next to its sister salon, B2V, on North Doheny Drive in West Hollywood. Together, the beauty compound will be called "Borrelli-Vo." Like B2V, the owners of Borrelli-Vo are Alberto Borrelli, Steve Lococo and Kim Vo. Millions of people have seen Lococo and Vo help transform people on TV shows such as "Extreme Makeover," "Head 2 Toe," "Movie and a Makeover," "How Do I Look?," "The Today Show" and many others.

Recently, Borrelli Salons celebrated their 20th anniversary in West Hollywood with a party just before relocating to Borrelli West Hollywood salon. Bob Goen, former host of "Entertainment Tonight," led the evening packed with long-time patrons and city officials. IZZE beverages and Dubonnet were two of the vendors that donated generously to the anniversary party, along with food catered by Chefs, Inc.

"Business has been tremendous for the last two decades," explained Lococo, co-owner and style director of the Borrelli salons, "We're now ready to expand our services and offer our clients more amenities." The new Borrelli-Vo salon, which is scheduled to open in July, will have a fresh, modern ambience. Along with their celebrated hair care services, Borrelli-Vo will also offer specialized skin care and nail care, innovative amenities, including Internet services, DVD/MP3 services and menu options from La Conversation Cafe. Clients from the former Santa Monica Boulevard location can also visit Borrelli Beverly Hills, located on Burton Way.

Celebrity clients of the Borrelli salons have included Liv Tyler, Heather Locklear, Courtney Love, John Cusack and Tim Curry. Borrelli salons are very active members of their communities in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills and they are a hair drive sponsor for the charity Locks of Love.
