CIBER Opts for Dedicated Space at TELEHOUSE Center in Staten Island

The partnership enables both companies to leverage each other's strengths.

By leasing a private data center suite at TELEHOUSE's Staten Island facility, CIBER will leverage TELEHOUSE's capabilities and Tier-1 qualifications. CIBER will run and manage this private suite space, which offers them a totally secure, self-contained facility for data processing. It will help CIBER best serve client needs, given its strong recent growth in hosting and managed services projects. CIBER's clients include federal, state, and local governments, and Fortune 500 companies in the communication, financial, food & beverage, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, service, retail, and technology industries.

TELEHOUSE, in turn, will leverage CIBER's top-level expertise in application development and maintenance, server and database management, and help desk support. It can offer these services to clients utilizing TELEHOUSE's carrier-neutral data centers, collocation, business continuity, managed enterprise services, operational products, and Internet exchanges.

These services are available immediately to both firms' existing customers.
