Nestor, Inc. (OTC BB: NESO), the
parent of Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc., a leading provider of
video-based monitoring systems for traffic safety, is pleased to
announce that NASDAQ has approved the listing of the Companys
common stock on The NASDAQ National Market®. It is expected that
the Companys common stock will be listed beginning Friday, July
1st, 2005, and will be listed under the trading symbol NEST.
