RSM EquiCo Advises H.D. Griffin Construction Company, Inc. on its Recapitalization by an Affiliate of The Boss Group

COSTA MESA, Calif., May 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- H.D. Griffin Construction Company, Inc. has been recapitalized by an affiliate of the Boss Group. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

RSM EquiCo Capital Markets initiated the transaction, led the negotiations and acted as the exclusive financial advisor to H.D. Griffin Construction Company.

"This acquisition will allow the Boss Company to bolster its growth as well as function as the base upon which the firm intends to leverage additional similar acquisitions," said Mike Sims, vice president for RSM EquiCo Capital Markets. "The previous owners will stay on in key management and consulting positions."
